Change orders/ Cancellations:
Please double-check all order details thoroughly before you place an order. After the order has been placed, we are unable to add additional products or edit the details of your order. Cancellation is not accepted.
Returns*:
We DO NOT accept any returns of food products.
Missing items/ wrong order:
We have promised to strictly control the quality of products and delivery. In order to ensure your happy shopping experience, please check whether your items are damaged, deteriorated, or omitted immediately after receiving your order. If there are any problems, please email to yansgardenca@gmail.com within 24 hours (including the order number, pictures of your problem). Our customer service member will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!
