Cad $1-$87 $8 Delivery fee
Cad $88 and above. Free shipping
* All orders are delivered by a third-party company.
Delivery time:
Orders are delivered from 3pm to 9pm every Wednesday.
(Please note that delivery times may vary due to traffic conditions or weather. Thank you for your understanding.)
Orders cutoff time: Every Tuesday 6:00pm
Contactless Delivery*:
Due to the pandemic, we are providing contactless delivery. The driver will text upon arrival and leave the food at the door/ lobby/ requested area instead of handling the food to the customer directly.
Delivery process:

In order to provide quality delivery service to every customer and ensure the delivery time, please make sure that there is someone receiving the order during the delivery period, and pay attention to keep mobile phones unimpeded.

If you need to change the delivery date or address, please contact our customer service by email in advance.

As not to delay other users' delivery experience, we will only wait for 5 minutes at the designated place and then leave if there is no one to receive the order and we are impossible to get in touch with you. To ensure that your order will not be lost and also the quality will not be affected, we will bring back your order. You will need to contact our customer service by email and make an appointment with the new delivery. At the same time,
you will need to pay additional delivery fees.
Inspection and rejection:
In order to ensure you have a good shopping experience,
we carry on the strict selection and packing to every order.
Meanwhile, please check with the courier after receive your order, including the items, quantity is the same as your order, and sign it after it is accurate.
If your order is collected by someone else, the consignee has the same rights as you, and we regard it as your signature.
Change orders/ Cancellations:
Please double-check all order details thoroughly before you place an order. After the order has been placed, we are unable to add additional products or edit the details of your order. Cancellation is not accepted.
Returns*:
We DO NOT accept any returns of food products.
Missing items/ wrong order:
We have promised to strictly control the quality of products and delivery. In order to ensure your happy shopping experience, please check whether your items are damaged, deteriorated, or omitted immediately after receiving your order. If there are any problems, please email to yansgardenca@gmail.com within 24 hours (including the order number, pictures of your problem). Our customer service member will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!

為確保向每一位顧客提供優質的配送服務,保證配送時效,請您根據下單情況確保我們的配送期間家中有人收貨,並注意保持手機暢通。如有特殊情況需要更改配送時間或地址,請提前聯繫我們的客服。若送貨時家中無人接收,且無法與您取得聯繫,我們會在您訂單指定地點等候5分鐘無果後離開,以確保不耽誤其他用戶的快速配送體驗。同時為保證您的貨品不會丟失、品質不受影響,我們會將貨品帶回。·您將需要與客服取得聯繫,並約定時間重新配送,同時您將需要支付額外的配送費用。
驗貨:
我們公司對每一個訂單進行嚴格的甄選及包裝,以確保出庫商品的質量、數量不出現任何問題。
同時為保障您的權益,請您在收到商品後及時與配送員當面核對,核對範圍包括但不限於:商品種類、數量、外包裝等是否與訂單一致,準確無誤後才進行簽收。
代收:
如果您的訂單交由他人代收,代收人享有與您等同的權利,我們視為您本人簽收。
更改/取消訂單:
所以請在下單前仔細檢查所有訂單細節。一旦下單後,並不能更改或取消訂單
